Experience and Qualifications
Tertiary graduate or equivalent
Operations and Human Resource Management experience a plus
Experience in Strategic planning in training module system
Knowledge in Managing Learning / Training portal will be advantage
Minimum 2 years experience as Training Manager in F&B / retail industry
Well organised and requires to travel overseas (50% to 70%) of the time

Possess good leadership traits, effective management skills, able to motivate and train staff.
Possess basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent and positive communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with an extremely high level of patience
Ability to organize and prioritize workload – Ability to manage multiple tasks
