Have minimum three years experience in a purchasing role, preferably from within the hospitality industry
Be a self-motivated, quick-thinking, meticulous individual with the ability to challenge and question processes in a logical manner
Be a natural negotiator with confidence, professionalism and excellent relationship and people management skills
Have strong IT skills including MS Office and a standalone or integrated purchasing system
Possess high level written and verbal communication skills and advanced qualifications in English and Mathematics
