Cabin Crew Manager

Our Client, a five-star airline in operation for over 23 years has accumulated over 4.5 million hours of safe flights maintaining an outstanding safety record. On behalf of our Client, HIH is looking to recruit a Cabin Crew Manager.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of cabin crew operations and on board customer service delivery in accordance with the corporate objectives and the regulatory requirements ensuring high standards of service and maintaining the security and safety of operation across the network.

Specific description and responsibilities as follows;

• Judgment and Decision Making Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions so as to choose the most appropriate one
• Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Active Listening Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
• A people manager with the ability to coach, mentor, engage and develop others 
• Management of Material Resources Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work

• A degree or its equivalent.
• Experience 4 years as a cabin crew member .
• At least 3 years working in the cabin crew Department as ground support i.e. welfare, training, leading or managing crew.
• This role is predominantly ground based but you must be willing to occasionally fly with the team to ensure that they are coached and mentored as best can be.
