The Asia Pacific region has been at the forefront of this growth and as such Heritage International Hospitality is working on behalf of our client to source key positions in order to service this expansion.
You will be responsible for daily operation of the treatments and efficient management of spa treatments with the primary focus on professional inventory , spa staff scheduling training and ensuring the right execution of the treatments and procedures is administered to guests. You will report to the Director of Spa.
Specific description and responsibilities as follows;
- Implement organization policies and goals to meet the budget and financial goals of the business.
- Provide excellent customer service and monitor guest feedback. Follow up on guest comments and requests.
- Lead, motivate and coach Therapists to achieve service and retail goals
- Follow protocols and procedures, and exceed guest expectations.
- Communicates clearly and directly with employees supervised concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability after collaboration and in presence of the Spa Manager.
- Strong education background BA
- 3 years of working experience
- Management abilities and good communication skills
- Perfect English speaking and writing
- Able to use Word and Power point
- Good presentation skills
